. . . It does sound like you, to think that way. You wouldn't be content to have no role.

But if all you were trying to do was as you say, then why continue to insist on multiple, convoluted scenarios or false assumptions? Insisting only a demon could have written that note. Then claiming you met privately with our dead Seer to "Dream about each other" - making you the last person to see her awake.

That's a very specific scene to plant in everyone's heads, for someone simply trying to see the outcome of all this.

I met with Miss Lynne last night, that much was true. I told her to dream about me because I knew I would come back in the clear, and I would be able to tell her whether she was the real Seer or not - something that would likewise be to the benefit of the group.

Why would you remotely assume she could choose who to dream about if you know nothing about the roles?

She approached me yesterday after the trial; she said that we needed to work together because she was the other Seer. She said she had a dream about someone, and she saw them as a demon; her exact words were "I didn't know who to dream about, so I chose him at random."

Bear in mind that someone's been trying very hard to get the genuine False Seer killed all morning.

I'm sure you can appreciate how stacked this deck is against you, when you're the person that's been laying most the cards. You are never good at making yourself look good, but you are good at insisting on level-headedness in a cruel scenario.

Bear in mind that it's possible that she saw a Sinner. It's possible that she didn't tell me the truth because she didn't trust me. All I know is what she told me.

... Conveniently, he's the person that's the second most suspicious right now.

There are multiple options here. You could be clear, and Tsukiyama Shuu could be a demon. You and Tsukiyama's brother could be demons. Or the two of you could both be demons and you're trying to save your own hides. One of you is full of shit.

Your last option isn't nearly as valid as you think it is. Haven't I been saying this entire time that it's a numbers game? If we're both demons, it makes no sense for us to turn on one another - it makes the ultimate task for "our" group much more difficult, wouldn't you say?

Unfortunately, we're at a strong disadvantage. We've already lost many people and don't suspect many at all. Making yourself out to be safe would be worthwhile. The unfortunate reality is that they can afford to lose someone, if they have their eye on the long run.

There's another possibility that you haven't mentioned, per se, while we're getting into making oneself out to be safe.

He's mentioning needing "one more night" with his brother and asking us to abstain. Why do you think that might be? After all, if one or both of them is a demon, there's only one thing they can be doing at night that's that important.

What if our Incubus is soulbonded?

I admit that's the most suspicious thing anyone has done.

I can't be entirely certain that I'm correct, mind you. But I know what Miss Lynne told me regarding Mr. Tsukiyama. In the event that he isn't soulbonded and is just trying to save himself, we should place our votes there.

If we're incorrect, then we are, and I acknowledge I'll likely be next against the wall tomorrow - if I wake up at all. But in the event that we're not, there's a strong chance that we're taking out the Incubus, whether it's one or both of them.
