I did think it was fishy that Kimblee claimed to be the one telling us all to vote for Ling and then voted for someone else entirely.

Well, it's one thing to change your mind when you're just following along, but when you try to get everyone on board with a plan and then don't follow the plan yourself, I find that kind of questionable, you know?

If they already had a feud going, it'd explain targeting him straight off the bat. Or...it could be the opposite, some sort of self-sacrifice move. Assuming a majority of soft-hearted or just confused voters, by accusing him, it meant people would think twice before going after Ling.
