Three of our dear members have been struck down in the night. Before we return to our evening routine, let us take a moment to hold them in our hearts, and hope that our positive thoughts might reach them even in their deepest of nightmares. Would anyone like to say a few words of honor and respect for the afflicted?

[Connor has never been much good at heartfelt speeches or open expressions of his own grief. So he remains silent, letting the others speak up, should they choose to.]

Hey, you're probably right. I do quit every other week.

And I'm not, really! Before the Lady I never believed in gods or anything like that. But I do believe in destiny, which is the obnoxious way of saying I don't have a whole lot of faith in free will.

Me neither, to be honest. I never thought too deep about it though. Seems natural the Lady would inspire faith in the wretched and all that.

I don't know what they're going through... I'm sorry for it, and I hope they can bear it. But we're absolutely going to bring them out of their nightmares.
